RETURNS & Exchange
We offer Return within the first 7 day from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return.
Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days
Return Eligibility:
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, with all original tags, packing, and invoices intact.
• The product must be in brand-new condition, with no defects or blemishes.
• Embellishments or details on the product should be in good condition.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
• The return request is made outside the 7-day window.
• Any items in the shipment are missing.
• The product is damaged due to misuse.
• Items have been opened or used (unless they were damaged upon arrival).
• Items purchased on sale or with a credit note cannot be returned.
• Returns are sent without prior approval.
Important Note: For damaged products, you must provide a video to support your return claim. We reserve the right to deny returns if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
REFUNDS
In case of any refunds approved by the company, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method
