Shipping Policy

We use all of the main courier partners to delivered and ship our products, which typically takes about 3-5 working days.

 

Standard delivery time to metro areas is 3-5 working days, while for non-metro areas and the rest of India, it takes 3–7 working days.

 

 

• Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping across India only on prepaid orders.

 

• Express Shipping: We are happy to provide express overnight shipping across India. The freight charges will be Rs.150/- The parcel will be delivered within 24-48 hours. However, if an order is placed on Sundays, public, or government holidays, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that Yourhighness has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume, traffic, etc. during shipment.

 

• Same Day Shipping: Available in Delhi for a fee of Rs.150. You may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.

 

Important: We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) at this time, including in Delhi.

 

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

 

Things to keep in mind:

 

• The estimated delivery time is the number of days it will take to receive an item from the ship date specified at checkout. It excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If the buyer requested a different delivery option, or has made any changes to the order details post-order placement, the delivery may be delayed. The delivery date may change if your purchase includes items that are in stock, shipping later, and/or are manufactured to order. Check the dates shown at checkout and on your email confirmation.

 

• The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable charges.

 

• Deliveries outside of India may be subjected to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Yourhighnes does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

• Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, refuse to accept it to protect yourself from liability. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package, as it will serve as evidence in the event of a mismatch or theft during logistics.

 

• Please be aware that if you are unavailable when the delivery is made, you can arrange up to two further delivery attempts at a time that is more convenient for you.

 

• We do not advise giving the courier partners any OTP.

 

International shipments, the processing time varies depending on the formalities of the respective receiving country. However, we process and ship out the order within 1-2 working days and aim to deliver it within 10-15 working days. If you are facing any issues regarding tracking or making payments in currencies other than INR, please contact us via Email/WhatsApp, and we will be happy to assist you. COD is not available currently for any location.
